WAKE UP
I wake up at 4:35 am and i'm at the gym by 5am so i don't have enough time to eat and digest before i get on the treadmill. Therefore, since i DON'T drink coffee, i put a half packet of Eboost (eboost.com) in 8 ounces of water in my water bottle. It is loaded with B-12 which gives me energy to workout so early in the morning. It gives me amazing energy in just half a little packet.
